Onboarding Checklist

Welcome to EasyEviction! We’re thrilled to have you on board. Our goal is to make your setup process smooth, efficient, and fully customized to your firm’s needs. Below is an outline of what we’ll cover during your onboarding meeting and the information we’ll need from you in advance.

✅ Onboarding Session
During our onboarding session, we’ll walk through your account setup, customization options, and best practices for using EasyEviction. This meeting ensures your platform is fully tailored to your firm’s workflow.

A. Document Templates
We’ll review and set up any court documents, notices, or internal forms you’d like to generate automatically through EasyEviction. You may send over your documents prior to the meeting and our team will convert up to five documents into templates as part of your free onboarding.

B. Intake Form
If you already have a questionnaire or form that you ask clients to complete, please share it with us before the meeting. We’ll use it to create a digital Intake Form in EasyEviction so that all client data flows seamlessly into your workflows and document templates.

C. Workflow Setup
We’ll help you design one or more automated workflows to simplify your process. We’ll walk you through building your first workflow during onboarding and show you how to create more as needed.

• Notifications and email templates
• User permissions and team settings
• Integration options (e.g., QuickBooks Online)

✅ After the Meeting
We know questions can come up as your team starts using the system – and we’re here for you! You’ll have ongoing access to:

• Our robust Help Center with guides and tutorials
• Unlimited email support from our onboarding and success teams

Please send the following materials prior to your onboarding call:
