The work
EasyEviction builds software that attorneys and property managers use to manage residential eviction matters — from initial notice through court filing and resolution. It is unusually consequential software: the records it handles affect real people’s housing, and the documents it produces are filed with courts.
That shapes how we build. The people who join us own their work from problem through to production, and the bar is simple — it has to hold up when a filing reaches a court.
What we look for
- Care about correctness. Our customers file documents with courts. Details matter, and a small error can cost someone a hearing.
- Ownership. You will take work from problem to production and stay with it. We look for people who finish things.
- Judgment about sensitive data. Much of what the platform handles is personal information belonging to people who are not our customers. We take that seriously and expect the same.
- Clear written communication. A great deal of the work happens in writing. Explaining a decision clearly is part of making it.
